We are excited to announce that the CertiKit products team have passed their Microsoft Office Specialist exams in Word and Excel. The team have been training over the past six months in preparation and all passed with flying colours. The exam included a variety of timed design and functionality questions to show an enhanced skillset.
The CertiKit toolkits are created in the Microsoft Office suite and we now have the in-house skills to continuously improve functionality and design. Ken Holmes, Managing Director says, “The Microsoft Office Specialist certifications are a great way to recognise the Word and Excel knowledge that goes into our toolkit products, and to provide an effective way to learn more about additional Microsoft features that we can incorporate in the future. Our customers expect knowledgeable content on subjects such as information security, but they also expect the documents and spreadsheets in our toolkits to look good and function effectively, so that they save as much time as possible.”
Last year, CertiKit began a full re-design of the toolkit suite. PCI DSS, ISO27001 and GDPR are among the first toolkits to be refreshed and we have received some great feedback about the new-look. 2020 will see more toolkits re-designed in their scheduled update as the team work through the CertiKit product range. Mark Clifton, CertiKit’s Products Manager says, “By gaining certification as Microsoft Office Specialists (and becoming Associates in both Word and Excel), the CertiKit team will be able to continue the development of our toolkit range. With better looking documents and increased functionality, I’m sure our customers across the globe will be delighted with the new documentation and enhanced user experience.”
