• 89% of customers surveyed scored our toolkits an 8 out of 10, or higher. 
• 90% of customers purchased our toolkits because of the quality of the content within the toolkit.
• 71% of customers surveyed agreed the toolkit saved them more than 21 days of time. 
• 93% of customers surveyed agreed the toolkits were easy to use. 
• High-quality content, the layout and design of the documentation, and downloadable documents that are editable offline are the three main reasons our customers chose a CertiKit toolkit.
• 60% of customers surveyed used the toolkits to become certified to an ISO Standard, PCI DSS or Cyber Essentials.

Continual improvement

We also receive some suggestions for improvement during our annual survey, which we take onboard.

It’s a great opportunity for us to see what our customers want, for example, we have seen a high demand for a ISO27701 toolkit both this year and last, and as a result we are currently in the final stages of developing this toolkit, and it should be available by the end of September 2021. If you’d like to be the first to know when the ISO27701 toolkit launches, please sign up to our pre-order mailing list.

Many customers both this year and last have also suggested a need for personalisation of the toolkits, which is why we will soon be launching our Logo Replacer Service. Available on new toolkits only, we can provide you with a personalised toolkit pre-populated with your organization name and logo in all word and excel documents. This will be available by the end of August 2021 and should be purchased with each toolkit where personalisation is required.

As we refresh the documents within each scheduled toolkit update, we also take into account any trends highlighted by our customers to improve the content, design or features. For example, we’ve identified that our customers would like to see more example content within the toolkits and going forward this will be a focus point for each update.
