Jerry Lawrence

Jerry is responsible for providing implementation consultancy and internal auditing services for ISO27001 Information Security Management to CertiKit’s clients.

Jerry is a qualified ISO27001 Lead Auditor and has gained a varied degree of experience over the last 25 years, holding positions as QA Manager and more recently covered both QA and Information Security Management.

He has experience in several ISO certification standards; in particular ISO9001, ISO9001-TickIT (now replaced with TickITplus), AS9100 and ISO27001, and has been involved in CMMI SCAMPI Level 3 appraisals to the CMMI-DEV V1.3 model. Jerry is a TickITplus Capability Practitioner and a committee member of the International TickITplus Association (ITA) that includes expert representatives from the UK Accreditation Service, certification bodies, and other representatives in updating the TickITplus model and framework.  As a Six Sigma Blackbelt, he has worked on manufacturing related process improvement projects and defect investigation issues.

Jerry has a mixture of hobbies in his spare time including practicing on his drum kit, aero and railway modelling, a passion for HI-FI, and his 30+ year vinyl record collection.
