When you submit an enquiry via our website, we use the personal data you supply to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our products and services. We may also email you several times after your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered your it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to a sale. Your enquiry is stored and processed as an email which is hosted by Microsoft within the European Economic Area (EEA). We keep enquiry emails for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept for seven years, when we delete them.

Ted is our Compliance Consultant. Ted is an expert in many ISO management systems; he is a Lead Auditor for ISO27001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 and Auditor for ISO45001 and ISO22301.

Before joining CertiKit, Ted spent 23 years in the Royal Navy as a SIGINT specialist and since leaving the service has held various senior positions. His last position was working as the Business Process Expert at the new Midfield Terminal Project at Abu Dhabi International Airport.  He holds a City & Guilds Level 7 award in Management and Leadership and is a Lean Black Belt Six Sigma practitioner.

Ted enjoys reading, writing and sketching.  He is also an avid walker and is looking forward to exploring the Dales.
