François is a qualified lead implementor for ISO27001, ISO20000 and ISO22301, and is qualified to ITIL Foundation V2, V3, V4 and ITIL Intermediate OSA and SOA. Even with these qualifications, François believes the toolkits are invaluable. “The toolkits are excellent for getting to the necessities quickly and creating a coherent certification approach, including project planning and document repository.”

Recommending to clients

François not only uses the toolkits to enhance his knowledge, he also recommends his clients purchase a toolkit to use within their organisation and he provides the added value consultancy support. “They are excellent tools to support a company in the creation or redesign of its processes, especially with the ISO standards".
