François is a qualified lead implementor for ISO27001, ISO20000 and ISO22301, and is qualified to ITIL Foundation V2, V3, V4 and ITIL Intermediate OSA and SOA. Even with these qualifications, François believes the toolkits are invaluable. “The toolkits are excellent for getting to the necessities quickly and creating a coherent certification approach, including project planning and document repository.”

Recommending to clients

François not only uses the toolkits to enhance his knowledge, he also recommends his clients purchase a toolkit to use within their organization and he provides the added value consultancy support. “They are excellent tools to support a company in the creation or redesign of its processes, especially with the ISO standards. A customer once purchased a competing solution, and I recommended CertiKit instead as the solution for ISO27001 certification. The company is now certified with the help of the CertiKit toolkit, they had saved significant time, and therefore money, as they were guided throughout their project using the templates.”

Benefiting from regular updates

“CertiKit products are better structured and clearer [than the competition].” François keeps his toolkit update subscriptions renewed annually, finding the regular updates and the quality of the documents the most useful aspect of the toolkit package. “The gap analysis tools are also valuable as they confirm progress as the work is undertaken.”

François will continue to renew his CertiKit update subscriptions annually, receiving regular toolkit document updates to enhance internal knowledge, as well as recommending the toolkits to clients to use as part of a value-added service as the business grows.
