Confirm your order ID: This is the 5-digit number found in your downloadable invoice sent in your purchase confirmation email.

Which toolkit(s) would you like populating? You need to purchase a Logo Replacer Service for each toolkit you want personalising. If you have purchased more than one toolkit, please confirm which toolkit(s) from your order you want personalising.
Confirm the email address you used to purchase with CertiKit. Please ensure your email address is the same as your CertiKit account in order for us to verify and send the personalised toolkit.
Type your organisation name exactly as you want it to appear in your toolkit. This is really important as we will be copying it from your form.
Upload your logo. Logos must be supplied in JPEG format. We’d recommend a minimum size of 800x600px and a minimum resolution of 72dpi for the best quality.
Once we have received your details, we will send your personalised toolkit within 48 hours on UK business days.
