Victoria Clayton

Victoria is responsible for all operational aspects of CertiKit and is ultimately in charge of keeping the business running smoothly. Being responsible for managing the HR, finance, health and safety, and facilities departments, she is the go-to for all things business operations.

Victoria has worked in a variety of sectors throughout her career, including retail and housing. She has managed large customer service teams, worked with IT support team and software suppliers to improve design and functionality of systems, and has been responsible for delivering training on large technical projects.

Victoria is a keen sailor, having completed her RYA Day and Coastal Skipper qualifications. Last time she was sailing in the Ionian, the boat was being followed by sword fish leaping in and out of the sea. She describes the moment as “a beautiful experience”.
